The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, analytical, and creative Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting to the President, you will be a member of the Management Team, overseeing the implementation of our marketing strategy worldwide. Leading the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our market presence, build sustainable growth, and more.
You should be degree-educated with a strong grasp of current marketing tools such as Hubspot, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. With experience of working in a B2B environment, you will also have 8+ years of experience in progressively responsible marketing roles and looking for a fresh challenge with a dynamic and growing company.
The key responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and overseeing the production and promotion of all content marketing: articles, press releases, blogs, research, data and other non-sales pieces as well as writing case studies from existing clients
- Planning and executing all digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, content marketing, PR, e-mailing and offline marketing campaigns including event management and organisation and display advertising campaigns
- Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Digital Marketing Manager:
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels; and experience with A/B testing
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) with experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, able to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
